Located at Calle San Tomas, near the cathedral in Santiago de Cuba, on the south east of the island.
The Cine Rialto opened in 1924 and was operated by the Botta chain.

This link gives the seat count for some theaters in Cuba. Under the three columns you will find, Locality, Theater and Seats. I’m not sure if it’s this theater but there is a Rialto on the list. Location: Santiago de Cuba, Theater: Rialto, Seats: 695. Maybe this list will come in handy for future reference.

There are even more theaters on that site Ken. This should be the main page for the all of the theaters. A Babelfish translation for the text at the top of the page is:
“Relation of the theaters of the cinema, or cinemas, in Cuba according to 19th Annual Edition of the “published Cuban Cinematographic and Radial Yearbook†in 1959. Possibly the name of many of the cinemas in this reference has been changed since then”.
