At least that address gets you in the neighborhood when you map it out. I would agree with that.

If it was my decision, I would use the apartment address of 2410 East Lynn Street.

But not 2410 24th Avenue East, which is further down the road.

I don’t know what address the theater used. 24th Avenue East and East Lynn Street intersect. The entrance to the theater might have been at 24th Avenue East and the apartments are now using the East Lynn Street address.

You know that many of those Google maps are not accurate. The link that Bryan posted gives the address as 2410 East Lynn Street which is the location of the Montlake apartments shown in the photo. Here is the website for the Montlake apartments.

I question the 2410 address. Salon Blast next door is at 2306 24th. If you put 2310 in Google maps, it takes you to the correct location.
