The Queen Theater dates back to at least 1913 when a Pilcher theater organ was installed.

Thanks for pointing that out vmovies. There were two Queen theaters in Houston. The Queen Theater on Main Street is the theater that dates back to 1913 and the one that I intended to add. I’m going to ask that the address and seat count be changed for this theater listing so it will become the Queen Theater on Main Street.

Is the Queen Theatre at 2427 Jensen Drive listed at Cinema Treasures under another name?

I don’t see the Queen Theater on Jensen Drive listed on CT. The Queen had 665 seats in 1955.

From 1918 an image of a Labor Day parade in Houston with the Queen Theater visible in the center of the photo.
