The Victory Theater was operated by H.P. Howell as part of his eponymous circuit in the early-1960’s. Headquarters for the circuit was the Howell Theater in Smithfield.

Location was South Third Street.
The Victory Theatre opened in 1930. Howell owned this theatre from 1961 until its closing in 1980. The theatre was located on S. 3rd St. at E. Johnston St.
