The photo just says that the Chicago Cubs are doing a promotion in 1924 at the Randolph Theatre for the Hoot Gibson baseball film “Hit & Run.” I’m guessing that’s John F. “Sheriff” Blake and William Jacobs on the left and Denver C. Grisgby at the far right… but that could be in error.
