Located close to the north of the ‘Strip’, the Gaiety Theatre was listed as open in 1977, screening adult movies to a mixed gay/straight audience.

The building still stands, currently unused.

This was the last occupant, but I don’t think they’re in business anymore. I can check next month when I’m there.

Rough neighborhood. I never knew this was an adult theater. Maybe that’s the way to go in this part of Downtown.
