The Kepler Kino was originally a Bohemian dance hall for Czech immigrants. It opened as cinema on 3rd December 1907. In 1986 it was listed as a 3-screen cinema with seating capacities given as 68, 52 and 83. At that time, the 52 seat capacity screen was in use as an ‘Adult’ cinema.

Today, it screens first run films and there is a bar in the foyer, which also serves food.
