Located in the Midland Beach district of Staten Island. The Boardwalk Theatre had possibly a short life. It is not listed in the 1941 edition of Film Daily Yearbook, but is listed in the 1943 edition as (Closed).

Most of this area was flooded out by Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
