Approx. address for this drive-in was 1220 West University Boulevard. The entrance is now Westview Clinic.
Ozoner, I understand what you were saying. But if you ever have a problem and contact Ken you will understand what I was saying. He is the only one doing the updates and corrections, and for the number of comments that he has to pan through it is an amazing job that he does. On top of that he has been the biggest contributer to the site for the UK.
Oh, I can imagine. I was just pointing out that it should map with the correct spelling. That is why these comment boxes are here, to add information and point out mistakes.
I was just kidding around about the glasses, the eyes start to fail after too many hours in front of the computer. Whoever manages the updates is doing a fantastic job, a little mistake here and there is inevitable.
As much editing as Ken Roe has to do for CT and as little mistakes that me makes he deserves all the kudos that he can be given. He does a fantastic job so an error now and then can be overlooked.
It should read “N. COUNTY Road W.” Not “Country.”
Country = bad mapping.
Someone needs to update the prescription on there glasses…lol :)

In 1956 the PLAINS DRIVE-IN parked 800 cars making it the largest Drive-in in Odessa it was owned by Mrs.Maggie Scott.
