The Columbia Drive-In was opened prior to 1955 when it had a 200 car capacity. Today it is operated by Signature Theatres. Open from May thru September with one screen. It can accommodate 230 cars.

The Midway Drive-In in Columbia Falls, Montana is listed in the 1961 IMPA with a capacity for 200 cars. The operator at that time was D.W. Williams. I’m sure that this theater dates back further but this gives you some sort of a timeline.
Opened as the Columbia Falls Drive-In in 1955.
The Midway opened in 1952 and closed in 2008, due to problems with the well water. It found new life in the summer of 2011 as a weekend swap meet and concert venue. The screen, snack bar & ticket booth still stand.
