The Outlet Mall Smithfield 10 Theatre opened in 2004 and it is the first megaplex theatre to open in the greater Smithfield-Clayton-Selma area of Johnston County and surrounding areas.

All auditoriums have stadium seating and full digital Dolby projection sound. It was owned and operated by Dickinson Theatres. The theatre is located behind the Carolina Premium Outlet Mall section of the shopping center on South Equity Drive at exit 95 off Interstate 95 and between U.S. Highway 70.
