The Avalon Theatre opened in 1934 and was operated by Bauer Bros. Theatres at that time, seating listed at 520.. Home Theatres operated the Avalon from 1950 thru its closing in 1980. In doing an address check a CPS’s office and a retail Mopre to Love come up at this address. The Google maps are really off on this theatre.
