Opened as the Gayety Theatre and later renamed the Crystal Theatre by 1941. The theatre was located at E. Second Street and Cedar Street. There was a whole cluster of theatres in this area at one time. The theatre had closed by 1950, and it now the Riverside Restaurant. This town had a lot of theatres for a population of a little over 20,000.
