The Rivoli Theatre was operated by Fox Midwest Theatres from 1935 until it closed.

Okay, we’ll demolish this one. These Beatrice theaters are beginning to annoy me anyway. LOL

LM, the building that is at the address now is the pinnacle Bank and it looks like a newer building.

A Kilgen organ opus 3676 size 2/4 style U09 was installed in the Rivoli Theater in 1926.
