A theater organ list shows two Palace theaters for Detroit. A Hillgreen-Lane organ was installed in a Palace Theater in 1920. That might be the theater listed here. A Marr & Colton organ was installed in a Lee Palace (Palace) Theater in 1923. I haven’t found any information for a Lee Palace Theater.
The 1930 Film Daily lists two Palace Theaters for Detroit. This theater and a smaller 397 seat Palace Theater which I don’t see listed on Cinema Treasures. It can’t be the National Theater because that theater had over 2,000 seats. If the smaller Palace Theater isn’t listed here I’ll add it.
