A somewhat compromised photo of the auditorium of the Ritz Theatre illustrated an ad for the American Seating Company on this page of Motion Picture Times, September 8, 1928. The caption credits the theater’s architect, Roy E. Lane.

Did this theater survive the fire and operate into the 1950’s?

This was an Robb and Rowley theatre 1930-1955. They owned nine in town in 1950.

A Ritz Theater is listed in 1955 for San Angelo, Texas with 829 seats. Would that be this theater or a later Ritz Theater?
