The Favorite Theater was a short live theater built by the Harrison Brothers in 1905 and was gone by 1907.

Sorry, I can’t pass up the opportunity to point out that the theatre was misnamed, else it would have lasted longer.
I guess this theatre will not make the Favorite Theatre list!!
Actually, as I’ve perused a lot of theatres at random on CT, many of those that opened in the early 1900s had a very short life span. Most of these were glorified store fronts, a category which I suggested the powers that be identify separatly.
