Located on Lisson Grove, near the corner of Hayes Place. The Great Central Picture Palace takes its name from the nearby Marylebone Railway Station which was the London terminus for the Great Central Railway.

The cinema was operating by late-1910 and was closed after 1914, possibly due to conditions during World War I.

It was possibly on the site now occupied by the closed down former Job Centre office building, now occupied by a Tesco Express supermarket.
