This is the second theater on Staten Island that had the name "Palace" This one is in the Tottenville district, the other one was in the Port Richmond district.

This Palace Theatre was located on Craig Avenue, between Main Street and Butler Street, Tottenville. It is listed as operating in the 1914-1915 edition of American Motion Picture Directory. Still listed in the 1927 and 1930 editions of Film Daily Yearbook, it was was possibly closed soon after, as the much larger Stadium Theatre had opened on Main Street in 1927.

In the book Going To The Movies on Staten Island it states the theatre closed in 1928.
