The Clinton Theatre opened around 1940 with 400 seats. Ira Dyer owned the Clinton Theatre in the early-1950’s, along with the Family Drive-In in Albany.

The address has to be N. Washington St., there is no plain Washington. There was a theatre listed for 128 N. Washington St. (State Hwy 127)Albany, Ky. a block from W. Cumberland St. and the City Hall. So it would be safe to say that the address for the Clinto Theatre should be 128 N. Washington St.
