The Manhattan Theatre opened in 1922 and seating listed at 270. It was on N. Washington Street at E. Elm Street. This one one of the eight theatres located in the dowtown area of El Dorado during the 1920’s.
The building is still standing but not recognizable as a former theatre. Information obtained from the Arkansas Historical Society magazine.
