The Plaza Theatre opened in 1927 with seating listed at 310. It was located on Liberty Street at Cordell Avenue. The building now houses a Barber College. No time line on when it closed, but it had gone from listings in 1941. Information obtained from the Arkansas Historical Society magazine.
