The Pastime Theatre was the first theatre in Danville, it was open as early as 1930 and was still in operation in 1957. In the 1980’s it was renamed Reata Theatre. There are no operating theatres in Danville at this time. There is very little left of Main Street. The building that once housed the Pastime Theatre is now a small Department Store.
