The building was built in 1902 for the South Fulham Constitutional Club. It is located on New Kings Road at the corner of Chipstead Street, in the Parsons Green area of Fulham, west London.

By 1910 it had become the Kings Hall and was screening films. It was managed by the South Fulham Constitutional Club and probably closed by 1912.

The entrance to the Kings Hall is now around the corner at 4 Chipstead Street.
