I found a time line of 1925 for opening of the Idle Hour Theatre with seating listed at 538. No exact closing date, but it was in the early-1950’s. It has since been demolished.

A Wurlitzer organ opus 1855 was installed in the Idle Hour Theater in 1928.

This part of Cincinnati is called Carthgage. This particular address is a parking lot for a senior housing complex called “Carthage Senior Housing.”
