Located in the southeast London district of Greenwich, on the corner of Greenwich Church Street and Creek Road. The Empire Electric Theatre was operating by 1910 and retained this name until at least 1915. By 1927 it had been re-named Empire Cinema. By 1937 it was operated by the London & District Cinemas Ltd. chain. It was still open in 1944, but had closed by 1945.
