Located near the corner of Greenwich Church Street and Creek Road, almost adjacent to the Empire Electric Theatre. The Electric Fun Palace was operating in 1912 and 1913.

Later converted into shop premises, in 2008, the building still exists and was being refurbished, but is currently empty.
