My 1954 El Paso phone book lists this drive in as North Loop Drive In Theatre. “Drive Out Tonight In Your Car For Comfort And Privacy.. There Are Always Top Features At North Loop”

Address listed back then was 8420 North Loop Rd. ULstr 9-9211

Initial information for this theatre was obtained from the book “The Old Movie Theatres of Texas”. The header should be changed to closed/Demolished according to Phantom.

This one is demolished, and the Bronco Dance Hall stands on it’s site. However, the old marquee remains – and what a marquee it was. Full horses head with a sign beneath it. Search for the address in Google Maps – you can’t miss it.
