The Ascarate Drive-In was a single screen ozoner that opened in El Paso in 1958 with car capacity listed at 500. The drive-in closed in 1988 and has since been demolished.

Name should be spelled “Ascarate.” I’m an old El Paso hand.

Status is demolished but screen tower frame is still up.
