Such a beautiful building and it only lasted 15 years. Seems people were just as wasteful then as now.

A Hillgreen-Lane theater organ opus 385 size 2/11 was installed in the Washington Theater in 1914.

Now demolished, was built 1913 and was closed or demolished in 1928, was located next to the Statler Hotel. When the Statler hotel added the 200 room expansion in 1916, it was created between the existing hotel and the Washington Theatre. Picture of Washington
