Built in downtown Peoria, Arizona in 1920, it was originally named the Paramount Theatre and by 1941 had changed to the Peoria Theatre (listed as (Closed) in 1941 and 1943). It was damaged by a fire and rebuilt in 1947.
By 1954 it had closed and was converted to Peoria Fire Station #1. A new #1 firestation was built in the early-2000’s and the original firestation #1 was abandoned. The building still stands to this day and is empty.

It looks pretty small on the map view. I guess 270 seats would be about right, though.
