The Kentucky Oaks 10 was opened around April 1986 by Associated Theatres of Kentucky. It was the largest theatre complex in western Kentucky.

Later taken over by Cinemark, it was replaced by their Cinemark Kentucky Oaks 12 (now Cinemark Paducah), and is now an Old Navy store.

The old Kentucky Oaks theatre had had some screens added at some point, and it was a 12 plex when it was closed and demolished.
