May 18th, 1948 grand opening ad has been posted here. You may notice the quote “Balcony for Negroes”.
Chamber of Commerce gave the address of
4635 Main Street
Zachary, La. 70791 Building is vacant.
Looks like this is the place, a couple of doors down from the Asian Pearl restaurant. You can see the glass brick lined ticket booth in the corner.
