Liberty (Liedertafel) Theatre

Built in 1896 as a German Music Hall. It began screening movies in 1921. It became the Liberty Theatre in 1930 with seating listed at 780. Premiere Theatres was mentioned in one article but it didn’t say for sure that they operated the theatre.

The Liberty Theatre closed in 1955 and has since been converted to retail. In February 2022 it was purchased by the Lawrenceburg Redevelopment Commission to be converted into a multi purpose venue for live music, wedding receptions, film music & arts festivals.
