The 435 seat Lyric theatre was opened by McCarthy Brothers in 1925. It was later operated by the Orpheum Theatre Co., and finally by Berger Amusement Co.

The theatre closed sometime in the 1950’s and is now a flower shop called The Flower Mill in the same building.
