Nearby Theaters
Located in the east London inner city district of Whitechapel. The Picture Palace was opened in 1907. It became the Belle Vue Cinema in April 1909. It was a shop conversion and was operating until at least 1915. It went back to retail use, and in recent years was a workshop. By 2014 it was a charity shop. By July 2022 it was vacant, along with other adjacent premises.
