Opened as the Florida Theatre on 11 May, 1958. Seating was listed at 400. Later became the Beach Theatre. Was operated by Florida State Theatres.
The Beach Theatre closed in 1971 and later became the home to a Harley Davidson dealer. Any further information on the Beach Theatre would be appreciated.

I got my notes mixed up on this one, the Beach actually opened in 1930 as the Florida Theatre with seating listed at 1084. Was operated by Sparks Theatres and later by Florida States Theatres.
The Beach theatre Always had Double features like on June 5 1958,“WILD IS THE WIND” and “STOWAWAY GIRL'.Kids in the area should remember the Kiddie shows running three hours on Saturday morning,with FREE PEPSI!
