Grand opening ad

The Neptune Drive-In opened December 22, 1950. Car capacity was listed at 500 cars. It was operated by Dixie Drive-Ins. It was located a block from the ocean.

The Neptune Drive-In in closed in 1964 but was used as a Christian Drive-In Church into the late-1990’s. Any further information on the Neptune Drive-In would be appreciated.

Located on South Atlantic Ave. Chuck, On June 5 1958 the NEPTUNE FAMILY DRIVE-in As it was called then, was playing “SHOWBOAT” and “SINGING IN THE RAIN”.
