In the 5400 Block of W. Hwy 31.
The address for the Rose City was 5440 Highway 31. It was located in the Rochester Theatre Dist. Opened in 1961 – closed 1981. It was operated by Cinemette Corp and then Dipson Theatres. 300 car capacity.
I snuck in dozens of times. You could just walk over the hill next to the theatre and sit on the hillside and watch and hear the movies perfectly.
