Research in the 1970’s done based on old newspaper articles indicates this theatre closed in 1952.
The empty building was adjacent to the Victory supermarket and was still standing as late as the early-1990’s, but has since been demolished.

Well, Adam, if it stood next to the Victory Supermarket you know the Street name and could make an educated guess as to the address.
