The National Theatre was open in the 1930’s with seating listed at 443. This theatre was located a block east of the other Dent owned theatre, the Palace Theatre. Later operated by Texas Consolidated, Interstate Theatres and Inde Booking Services.

The National Theatre closed in the early-1950’s. The building is still standing. Any further information on this theatre would be appreciated.
