Houston, Texas saw in 1984 a beautiful new addition to the Loews Theater chain. The four million dollar, Memorial City Mall 8 Cinemas features great seats, marble floors, track lighting down the aisles and curtain walls in all theatres with a large four sided concession stand. The lobby welcomes the moviegoer to high-ceilinged tiles.

Tlsloews,didn’t you ever save your old BOXOFFICE magazines.
Never had any to save.
Can’t believe Loews was too cheap to supply Boxoffice.I even Subscribed to it for years after I got of the business.I think we had this conversation before and don’t want to get off topic.
Well Mike Loews was “Tight” if you know what I mean.I believe we did have BOXOFFICE mags,I just did not read them that much I was having too much fun just working my houses and did not read about others then like I do now.How can we be off-topic? You posted this theatre and we are the only ones who have made comments on this site?

I am trying not to get off topic sometimes we do.We meaning Robin,Nick,You and Me.Guess Robin is still having A.C.problems.Nick has added a couple of Theatres to CT.
My finite memory of this theatre was that it was nothing really remarkable, just a standard mall multiplex cinema.
