The Spa Theater was opened prior to 1929. It was renamed Victory Theatre in the late-1930’s and in the 1940’s it was operated by Paramount Pictures Inc. through their subsidiary M.A. Lightman. The Victory Theatre was still open in 1950 but soon reverted back to its original Spa Theater name. It was showing movies until at least 1955. It has since been converted into retail use.

The Spa was at 314-316 Ouachita Avenue. Seems to be extant in use as a store.
