Playing at THE FAMILY THEATRE on Jan.8 1960 was “OPERATION MAD BALL”‘Coming were “PAL JOEY”, “THE TINGLER” and “THE H-MAN”.
Both the Family and Oriental were operated by Associated Theatres, Pittsburgh from the mid-60"s and 70’s.
The address should be changed back to
120 Hinds St.

Bob, the address you gave would put it on the same side of the street as the Oriental, it was across the street from the Orientsal. The address that I listed was from an old newspaper ad that I found on Photobucket photos. The add listed the address at 120 Hinds St. As for google mapping it is not always reliable. When I did a bing search the theatre building does come up at 120 also.
I believe the building is still standing.
Both The Oriental and Family were last operated by Associated Theatre, Pittsburgh, in the 70’s.
Chuck1231; 120 could be the correct address, Ken says the building still stands, but Google Map shows no building at 120, so I moved it up between the 2 buildings that could be the theater. My guess and hope is it’s the building on the right?
