Pataskala Cinema was open during the early-1970’s showing first run films. This location is now the headquarters of the Pataskala Police Department.

Some thoughts, the building is much, much older than the 1970’s, it dosen’t look like a theater, it has all those windows, it has 2 floors and a basement. I would guess the building was built as an office/administration public building. I suppose movies could have been shown in the basement?
Anyone have more info or photos?
Also the Google location photo appears to be the back of the building. Maybe the front will show more of what the theatre would have looked like. There could have been an auditorium inside a building with offices and that is what we see from the view that’s listed.
