The following information was taken from the Dunedin Historical Trail guide:
"Located here was the town’s first movie theater, opened by Albert M. Lando on November 27, 1919. Amy Houghton played piano to accompany the silent movies."
The theater was located at 315 Main Street; the building was replaced in 1946.
