The Rio Theatre was located on 16th Street, between K Street & L Street. It opened in around 1942 and continued into 1950’s. It screened many Spanish language movies.

Seems to be no L Street in Merced. It’s K Street, Canal Street and M Street.

Srue could use an address, more info and photos.
