The Crestview Theatre was opened prior to 1941. It was later tripled and closed around October 2011.

Official website: http://www.crestviewcinema3.com/crestview/home.asp Judging by the listings, I would say it is a second run house, but Crestview is a small, relatively isolated town so perhaps to area citizens it is regarded as a first run house.
