The Midway Drive-In was located in beautiful Nova Scotia in the small town of Sydney. It parked 700 cars making it a hugh drive-in for that region. It was owned by Franklin-Herschorn Theatre Company. April 14 1973 and "Easy Rider" and "Gumshoe" are playing. Snack bar stayed opened until last feature was over!

Famous Players took over the operations of the Midway Drive-In in 1975 and operated it until its closing in the mid-1980’s, 750 car capacity was listed by Famous Players.
