As stated in the description, the theatre opened on August 27, 2004. The 1997 refers to the date an article was published giving information about the venue.
The Lake Sumter area of Lady Lake didn’t start constructing their project until the Spring of 2004. The Old Mill Playhouse Theatre is one of the first few to construct, and it opened its doors on August 27, 2004.
I notice the 4 photos state “1997 (?)–”
Although I could not find any definitive record as to the official opening date of the theatre I did find a mention of the site in an article published in 1997. Here are some exterior and interior photos of the theatre from 2010:

If you go to the Map, the Theater is about 3 blocks East of the Red Dot.
Opened ~2005? Can anyone verify the exact date?
